The activities supported, funded, and/or organized by EASC are very varied and diverse, reflecting the rich disciplinary diversity of our affiliated faculty and interests of our students. Without compromising this diversity, EASC will over the next two years focus the bulk of our activities within five broad research clusters that will serve to bring together faculty from different disciplines and departments.The five clusters will furthermore serve as more recognizable areas in response to the IU 2030 Strategic Plan as well as for future fundraising opportunities and community engagement strategies.
