Different historical, social, and environmental contexts have given rise to different ways for people to organize, manage conflicts, and strengthen their agency. The “Governance” cluster will facilitate discussions about area specificities within (and in contrast to) global universalities; policy and economic structures; the state of civic society and NGOs, as well as Indigenous people and communities.
