Korea Conference Room

Korea Conference Room

Established in October 2015 to promote Korea and Korean culture, The Korea Conference Room is a joint project between the Indiana University East Asian Studies Center and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chicago. We would like to expess our sincere appreciation to the School of Global and International Studies and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chicago without whom this project would not have been possible.

The conference room is located on the 2nd Floor East, Room 2015 of the Global and International Studies Building on the Indiana University Bloomington campus. The room is available to reserve through the Global and International Studies Building Room Reservation Form located here. The room is appropriately sized for 10-12 people and can be used for meetings or small group project work or activities.

In addition to the imported decor, the room is equipped with a PC, webcam and microphone. Users have access to web conferencing capability through Zoom, or Skype. Solstice Pod is also available to link person laptops with the conference room screen. Technical support is available from UITS.

Please note that food and drink are not allowed in the conference room. The conference room should remain locked when not in use.
