Illinois/Indiana East Asia National Resource Center Consortium
In 2005 we formed a partnership with our counterpart at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the Center for East Asian and Pacific Studies (CEAPS), to maximize the impact of our respective East Asian studies programs in research, teaching, and outreach.

In 2006, 2010, 2014 and for the fourth time in 2018, the two centers were awarded four-year Title VI grants, which establish us as consortial partners in a Comprehensive National Resource Center, one of 20 such centers for East Asian languages and area studies in the United States, funded under the Title VI program of the U.S. Department of Education.
